Finished lighting and texturing the room! Followed along with a tutorial to make this but made each texture on my own.  Learning a little bit about the physical renderer and a lot about texturing! woohoo! This was fun, I want to do another room!

All credit goes to Chris.  I just followed along and copied his tutorial to model this room.  He is amazing, saw some cool tricks.  Lighting and texturing is next.  I really want to be able to build rooms and model some neat floor plans.  So this is a start!
